The title is sort of like a Twitter. Only not.
You see(she said in a disjointed segue), I scribble when I'm on the phone. What comes out of the tip of my pen, or the keyboard, doesn't always make sense to the casual observer.
Today for example: I wrote " C + D + D = bonfire". I was questioned about it by my employer. (Probably wondering to himself how this handwritten tidbit helped the company today. Nosy man.) It was just my shorthand note about folks I know that are planning a bonfire by the Mississippi River this weekend. No, it wasn't work related. So what? It was quiet and I'd done all my work to that point. Can you tell that I'm feeling feisty today?
Later, I checked on the Yarn Harlot and burst out laughing about her story on "Kinnearing". Yes, thanks to the Harlot, Greg Kinnear has a verb coined in his honor. Until now, only those of us Harlot followers infatuated with yarn and socks would understand. However, news of this recent addition to the NorthAmericanEnglish language has reached the Urban Dictionary, and now, the New York Times! Check it out....

To make the full circle, all the laughing I did today caused me to have the hiccups.
And now you know the rest of the story....
