Tight-ass Syndrome

You really can start to feel the difference in your 'wah' (as we call it) after a few weeks of regular exercise. Turns out, it's not just psychobabble after all. Here's a weird thing: after years of having a tight tush, my buns are now relaxed. You'd think that buns of steel would be desirable, right? But really, they were just a manifestation of a constant full-body muscle clenching that never let up. My chiropractor told me last year that I suffered from what they called "Tight-ass Syndrome". Cute medical term, eh? I think I've conquered it.
Besides, I'd rather have tight-abs any day of the week. Still have a long way to go....

In the meantime, 8 pm yoga is a great way to finish off your day.
